表彰

発表概要，講演論文および会期中の発表を審査し，五十嵐賞，奨励賞，最優秀技術論文賞，優秀技術論文賞，優秀ポスター発表賞の各賞を選定します。また，速報についても速報ポスター賞を選定します。
各賞の選考対象になるためには，発表申込時点で電気学会の会員であること（申請中を含む）が必要です。
五十嵐賞・奨励賞の受賞資格は，発表申込の際，発表者として登録し，かつ実際に発表を行った者であることとなります。

講演論文原稿の提出

採択となった発表について，講演論文（和文または英文，A4版2～6ページ，pdf形式）の提出が必要です。

電気学会論文誌Eへの同時投稿

本シンポジウムにご投稿の講演論文のうち電気学会に著作権譲渡いただいたものは，フォーマット程度の修正で，電気学会論文誌Eにご投稿いただけます。 同時投稿制度を利用して投稿し掲載となった場合，掲載料を22,000円割引きます。 電気学会論文誌では，シンポジウムとは別途査読を行います。

講演論文集の発行

シンポジウムの講演論文集には，一般発表の場合は講演論文，速報発表の場合は概要が掲載されます。 講演論文集はシンポジウム参加者に対してダウンロード形式で配布され，公開日は11月9日（月）となります。 特許出願を予定されている方は公開日にご注意ください。 冊子体は発行されません。
また，一般発表の講演論文のうち電気学会に著作権譲渡いただいたものは，部門大会資料としてIEEJ Electronic Libraryに収蔵されます。

★口頭発表形式
  • 講演時間:12分 別途3分の質疑応答の時間を設けます。(合計15分)
  • 合図:発表終了3分前に鈴1回，発表終了時に鈴2回，質疑応答終了時に鈴1回。
  • 使用言語:日本語あるいは英語。
  • 使用できる機器:PC プロジェクタ
  • 接続について:標準は HDMI もしくは DSUB(RGB ケーブル)，16:9 比率の映写となります。(4:3も可)

USB Type-CのみのPCならびにMacをご利用の場合はコネクターを持参ください。コンピュータは，各自ご持参下さい。
会場には，プロジェクタおよび接続ケーブルを用意いたします。発表セッション開始前の休憩時間中に会場にて接続確認と試写を行ってください。

★ポスター形式
  • 掲示開始:発表するセッション当日の朝，掲示をお願いします。
  • 日中(口頭セッション時間中)の掲示，取り外しは極力ご遠慮ください。
  • ポスターサイズ:横 800mmx縦 1600mm 以内(A0 サイズ 841mmx1189mm 可) ・画鋲は会場に用意します。
  • 使用言語:日本語あるいは英語。
  • セッション時間:90 分
  • 指定のセッション時間帯の間，各自ポスターの前で参加者に説明を行ってください。

How to prepare and submit your manuscript for the 43rd Sensor Symposium

  1. Manuscript submission
    The author who was accepted presentation in the 43rd Sensor Symposium should submit a paper to the technical digest. Your paper will be published on November 9, 2026 as downloadable data, and registered in the IEEJ digital library.
  2. Submission deadline
    August 28, 2026 (Fri)
    Submit your manuscript before the deadline. If you do not submit, your presentation will be canceled.
  3. Paper format
    – Size: A4
    – Pages: 2 to 6
    – Language: English or Japanese
    *The selected language at abstract submission should not be changed.
    *The paper title, presenters, and co-authors information applied at abstract submission will be used for the program information and should not be changed.
    – Template: Download
    Color figures are acceptable.
    – Submission format: PDF
    (Size within approx. 2MB, without security protection, with fonts embedded)
    – Additional info.: Abstract text (approx. 50 words)
  4. Copyright
    1) Copyright of your paper is transferred to The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ). You can read the assignment for the copyright transfer on the manuscript submission site.
    2) You can transfer your copyright to either of The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) or Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging (JIEP), instead of IEEJ. You can read the assignment for the copyright transfer on the manuscript submission site. Note that your paper is not registered to IEEJ Digital Library and unable to submit IEEJ transactions, if you transferred copyright to the institute except for IEEJ.
  5. Submission procedures
    1. Go to the paper submission site from the URL described in the acceptance notice message.

    2. Login with ID and password that were obtained at the abstract submission. If you lost your ID, ask to the symposium office.
    3. You can revise your presentation information. Input your abstract text (50 words).
    4. Choose the institute to which you transfer copyright and confirm your agreement. Choose your plan for the submission to IEEJ Transactions.
    5. Send your pdf manuscript.
    6. You will receive a confirmation e-mail. You can revise your manuscript and information before the deadline.
    7. IEEJ Transactions
      The authors who selected the copyright transfer of the paper to IEEJ may want to apply to submit the paper to IEEJ Transactions with small modification in format. The discount for publishing fee of 22,000 JP Yen will be applied. There will be another review process for IEEJ Transactions required. All authors whose papers are selected to be notified for more detail information. Submission due: Friday, October 30, 2026.
