The 36th SENSOR SYMPOSIUM on Sensors, Micromachines and Application Systems

Program at-a-glance

General information

Since 1981, SENSOR SYMPOSIUM on Sensors and Micromachines and Applied Systems has been the leading conference for the researchers in sensors, MEMS and their application systems in Japan. Today the symposium became the major annual event for the Sensors and Micromachines Society of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ).

The 36th SENSOR SYMPOSIUM will be held from November 19 through 21, 2019 at ACT City Hamamatsu in Shizuoka, Japan. Three cooperative symposium will be held in the same venue at the same time; the 10th Symposium on Micro-Nano Engineering organized by The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, the 11th Symposium on Integrated MEMS Technology organized by The Japan Society of Applied Physics, and the 40th Workshop and the 20th Anniversary Symposium organized by Society for Chemistry and Micro-Nano Systems.
