The 28th SENSOR SYMPOSIUM
on Sensors, Micromachines and Application Systems
September 26-27, 2011
Tower Hall Funabori, Tokyo

Since 1981, SENSOR SYMPOSIUM has been the leading conference for the researchers in sensors, MEMS and their application systems in Japan. Today the symposium became the major annual event for the Institue of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ) Sensors and Micromachines Society.

This year, two symposia will be held in the same venue at same time with Sensor Symposium. One is Symposium on Mico-Nano Engineering organized by the Professional Committee of Micro-Nano Engineering, The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers and the other is Symposium on Integrated MEMS Technology organized by the Study Group of the Integrated MEMS, The Japan Society of Applied Physics.

Deadline of Abstract Submission: May 23, 2011 June 13, 2011

Sponsor: IEEJ Sensors and Micromachines Society

Held in Cooperation with: The Professional Committee of Micro-Nano Engineering, The Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Study Group of the Integrated MEMS, The Japan Society of Applied Physics
