The 38th SENSOR SYMPOSIUM on Sensors, Micromachines and Application Systems

Future Technologies from HIMEJI ONLINE

General information
The 38th SENSOR SYMPOSIUM ONLINE--

Since 1981, SENSOR SYMPOSIUM on Sensors and Micromachines and Applied Systems has been the leading conference for the researchers in sensors, MEMS and their application systems in Japan. Today the symposium became the major annual event for the Sensors and Micromachines Society of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan (IEEJ).

The 38th SENSOR SYMPOSIUM will be held from November 9 through 11, 2021 virtually.
Three cooperative symposia will be held at the same time; the 12th Symposium on Micro-Nano Engineering organized by the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, the 13th Symposium on Integrated MEMS Technology organized by the Japan Society of Applied Physics, and the 44th Workshop organized by the Society for Chemistry and Micro-Nano Systems. The organized session by the Japan Institute of Electronics Packaging(JIEP) is embedded into the cooperative symposia.
